I skipped breakfast this morning so I could have a sliver of blueberry pie before heading back to my lab... and I ate it too fast... and my tummy hurts.

It tasted pretty darn good, but there's some magical unknown missing with the off-season blueberries. They taste like blueberries, and they held up nicely to baking (not mush like frozen ones), but it's just a little flat. We'll see if the pie is gone by the end of the day.
