No pics to post, but a lot of progress.

Never get your wisdom teeth taken out during flu season.

Oh, and make sure you don't have hidden adverse reactions to the pain killers they give you.

I was knocked on my ass for the better part of three weeks, and my brain is still trying to catch up. No progress on the thesis, but there's been a teensy bit of movement on two of the projects therein.

Fortunately, I can knit when my brain shuts down. Hub's socks are done, and he's been wearing then for good luck while he writes his own thesis. I also finished Sock #1 of my beautiful Crusoes, and I'm about, say, 65% finished the second one. I even went out and bought some yarn to make socks for my mom.

So, it hasn't been a totally wasted month.

Once hubby passes his thesis in, then I have to write. Write like there's no tomorrow, because I want the bulk of it done before I go home for the holidays. Maybe I'll let myself knit during mealtimes . . .

Minus four teeth.

Conscious sedation - didn't really sedate me.

And, those painkillers - not so good.

Although, this could just be the fog that comes with "the pain and discomfort may peak 2 or 3 days after your surgery".
